Dr. Jennifer Bell completed her 3 year surgical residency at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio after finishing her podiatric education at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. During her residency, Dr. Bell served at chief resident and was voted Outstanding Podiatric Resident of the Year by her peers. after residency, Dr. Bell completed a fellowship in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery at University Hospitals.
Dr. Bell moved to Maryland after practicing in Ohio to join FASMA at the Frederick and Mount Airy locations in 2013.
She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Maryland Podiatric Association and is a fellow of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. Dr. Bell currently serves as Chief of Podiatry at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Bell’s special interests include sports medicine, injuries, fractures/sprains, diabetic foot care and limb salvage, Achilles tendon surgery, flat foot reconstruction, and general foot care.
